Looking for a way to cross Centerville-Washington Township on your bike?

Bike Route 11

Bike Route 11 begins on Paragon Road, north of Alex-Bell, and runs north through Township neighborhoods to Rahn Road. Green Park sits at the south end, Rahn Park sits at the north end, and the route passes Woodbourne Springs Park along the way. Signs guide riders north and south through the neighborhoods. In front of John Hole Elementary, the route uses the sidewalk and crosswalk so families don't have to ride directly on Whipp Road. The route stays on surface streets and keeps riders off busier corridors. The 25 MPH speed limit on neighborhood streets helps keep families safe as they travel to and from the parks.

Bike Route 12

Bike Route 12 guides you along an easy, safe east-west path from Holes Creek Wetlands Park to Wilmington Pike in Sugarcreek Township. The route uses low-stress surface streets to keep riders off busier corridors. Just follow the white and green signs with a bike symbol and the number 12, or check the Bike Route 12 map before you go.

Bike Centerville, a chapter of the bicycle advocacy organization Bike Miami Valley, helped plan this route. Washington Township and the City of Centerville installed the road signs.
