Our birthday parties offer the traditional trimmings – cake, ice cream and games – plus a variety of activities that take a party from ordinary to outstanding. Party options include swimming, sports, climbing wall and Town Hall Theatre. Party packages include cake, ice cream, beverages, birthday plates, napkins and table cloths, all at an affordable price. Reservations

Reserve and purchase your birthday party by giving us a call at 937-433-0130 or schedule an appointment to purchase your party in person.

Full payment is due at the time your party is scheduled. Party cancellations follow the Recreation Department Refund Policy.

Cake & Swim Birthday Party

Make a splash with Cake & Swim Party- the perfect way to celebrate with friends and family! 
Your two hour party includes one hour in the party room for cake, snacks and gifts and one hour of swim time during the open swim session. After your celebration, gather your belongings and head to the pool for an hour of splashing, swimming and fun! Please note: Additional swim time beyond your scheduled hour is available at a standard drop in rate. Ideal for kids who love to celebrate with a little cake and a lot of water fun! 

Safety Rules for Ages 4 & Under - All children 4 and under must be in the water with a paying, swimming adult 18 years and older, including children wearing a flotation devices.

Indoor Playhouse Birthday Party
(Ages 3-6)

Our Indoor Playhouse Party is designed specifically for little ones ages 1-6! Start your celebration in our private party room for cake, snacks, and festivities. Afterward, head over to our exciting indoor playhouse for active, imaginative fun!

Two hours of total party time! Perfect for birthdays, milestones, or just gathering with friends for a special occasion. Let them laugh, play and celebrate- while you make memories that last!

• Saturdays 12-2pm OR 3-5pm
• Two hour minimum for all parties
• 40 people maximum

Cake & Climb Birthday Party
(Ages 7 & Older)

Ready to reach new heights? Out Cake & Climb Party offers two hours of celebration and adventure at our Climbing Wall! Your two hour party includes: Reserved party tables right at the climbing wall and plenty of time for kids to climb, challenge themselves, and cheer each other on. Our friendly staff will help kids of all experience levels have a fun and safe climbing experience. Perfect for energetic, adventurous kids who love to climb, play, and celebrate together! 

An instructor is present during each rental to belay and ensure the safety of climbers. Each climber is required to complete a waiver. Click here to download the waiver.

Cake & Sports Birthday Party

Looking for a high-energy celebration? Enjoy a 2-hour celebration in the Rec West gym playing the sport of your choice – basketball, volleyball, soccer, dodgeball or free play– exclusively with your friends! A great option for kids who love to move, play and celebrate together!

We provide your own attendant and your choice of cake or cupcakes, ice cream, juice boxes, party plates, table cloths and napkins. There's no need for set up or clean up – we take care of it! This party is designed to appeal to all ages. Sports birthday parties are held at RecPlex West and are available year round. Call 937-433-0130 for more information.
