REV+FLOW by REFIT®: A dynamic low impact, high-intensity workout that emphasizes strength, mobility, flexibility, and balance. The workout is easy on joints and challenges mind and body with unique movements choreographed to uplifting music. Supportive fitness shoes are required. Most of the class is performed standing and ends with a few mat-based floor routines. A thick 5/8" yoga mat is recommended. Light hand weights (2-5 pounds) are optional.

Drums Alive – Power Beats: Explore the exhilarating power of drum fitness! Classes are designed for full body cardio. Drumbata, tone and strengthen, Fit Clix, and wellness routines. Feel the pulsating rhythms of drumming while you sweat, dance, and have fun with upbeat dance fitness and cultural themes.
Body Sculpt: A resistance training class to sculpt muscles, strengthen your core, and increase flexibility. Free weights, bands, hand weights, and stability ball may be used.
Strength & Stretch: Stay strong and limber with instructor Edeltraude Kunke. Handheld weights and body weight will be used to help you stay strong and slow stretches will be performed to help you stay limber.
TRX: A form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. TRX is adaptable for the beginner through the experience fitness user. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise.
